Tune-up Special

Clean and adjust all heads.
Verify proper control valve operation.
Staighten heads as necessary.
Check program settings and reset as requested.
Survey property for leaks.
Inspect pump station/water supply functions.
Inspect all other mechannical systems for defects.

Each additonal zone $8.00

This service is available as monthly maintenance, bi-monthly, or every four months. Ask us for details.

Monthly Maintenance

Clean and adjust heads, inspect heads & nozzles for damage.
Raise donuts & pack dirt around head.
Check to make sure all control valves operate properly.
Straighten heads that have been run over.
Survey property for any leaks.
Program timers for new sod/landscaping and time changes.
Regular crew of trained technicians.
Updated map of property indicating valves, zones, timers, etc.
Inspect pumping station or water supply functions.
Inspect all other mechanical systems for defects.
